Refunds and Cancellation
1. Setup fees
Website setup fees are non refundable once work has started.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.
3. Marketing retainers
If you cancel a retainer, we continue service until the end of the billing period.
4. Pauses and delays
If approvals or required assets are delayed, timelines may shift.
