No. You pay your subscription. Payment processors may charge their own fees.
Your plan includes update batches per month. We group changes to keep things efficient.
Your brand assets and content remain yours. We define access and handover in the policies.

Billing

Monthly services are billed in advance.
Yes. Cancellation and notice terms are explained on the Refunds and Cancellation page.
Setup fees are not refundable once work has started because they cover build and onboarding time.
